“What you can, should and must do at the end of the garden season in the fall.” Topics to be covered are: cover crops, lawn seeding, planting bulbs for spring, harvesting late crops, saving seeds, taking care of garden tools and more.      

Nelson Valentine has been a community gardener for over 20 years, with most interest in vegetable gardening. He has been a member of the Rutgers Master Gardeners, now Camden County Certified Gardeners, since 2013. He has served on the Board and was Treasurer, and now Advisory Board in those organizations. He is currently a member of a team working to establish a seed library for Camden County at Lakeland. He has previously presented programs on starting seeds indoors and the beloved Jersey tomatoes.
